Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking Order Pickers for a distribution center in Cartersville, GA. The role offers on-site training, overtime opportunities, and potential long-term employment within a growing operation serving the Southeast.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with 7:00 AM starts and 8–12 hour shifts. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with Sunday off and one additional weekday off. This is an entry-level role with room to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• :Entry level role; warehouse, distribution, order selecting, or material handling experience is a plus but not required.
• :Ability to lift 50-75 pounds throughout shift.
• :Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments.
• :Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using handheld RF scanners.
• Stack pallets according to customer orders.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using manual pallet jacks and trollies.
• Work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments (freezer suits provided).
• Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
