• Perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly of optical components.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, procedures, and established manufacturing processes.
• Perform basic measurements and inspections using measurement equipment.
• Identify defects and communicate to Lead Technician or Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Support in-process and final inspection activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Learn and develop proficiency in additional optical manufacturing processes as training is completed.
