Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Packaging Engineer III for our Dublin, OH facility. This role will own and drive packaging deliverables including new development, design changes, and process improvements while adhering to design control processes and good documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, preferably Packaging Engineering.
• 5+ years of packaging experience in medical devices.
• Experience with ISO 13485, FDA Design Control, CAPA, SCAR, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze sterile or non-sterile barrier components and assemblies for medical devices.
• Participate in packaging/product design and development, material testing, specifications, and documentation.
• Lead packaging design changes with proper data and justification for verification of performance requirements.
• Plan and schedule own activities to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage external suppliers.
