Take 5 Nashville is hiring an Oil Lube Tech to join our growing team. The position is entry level and focused on automotive oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance. You will perform oil and filter changes, fluid top-offs, and routine inspections while supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Hard working, motivated, customer focused.
• Basic computer skills to enter data and navigate POS system.
• State issued driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Meet physical demands: on your feet all day, outdoors in heat/cold; bending and twisting.
• Use of hands for grasping, pulling and turning.

Responsibilities

• Windshield and tire pressure checks.
• Hood inspection and fluid top-offs.
• Drain and replace oil and appropriate filters.
• Assist store manager with opening/closing duties.
• Follow corporate policies and procedures.
• Maintain store, office, and grounds cleanliness.
