You will assist Account Managers with analytic tasks, prepare economic analyses, and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams. Qualifications

• Degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration or other related fields) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical skills and proficient computer applications knowledge.
• Must have excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to assemble and present marketing data to both internal and external customers.
• Extensive customer communication either in person or by phone is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Account Managers.
• Prepare economic analysis, communicate and track nominations, interfacing with trucking, accounting, division order, and supporting customer service.
• Frequent communication with customers to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
• Reconcile differences in real-time production volumes versus nominated volumes to improve monthly forecast accuracy.
• Review and monitor databases for potential new customer opportunities and communicate findings to Account Managers.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills in all interactions.
• Take on special projects as required.
