Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support with activities of daily living.
• Support independence while maintaining residents' dignity.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Work with CNAs, nurses, and the care team.
• Observe residents and report changes to the team.
• Help maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Follow established care and safety procedures.
