Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No CNA certification required.
• No healthcare experience required.
• Entry-level role with hands-on learning from caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support residents while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and other care team members.
• Observe residents and report changes to the care team.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow established care and safety procedures.
• Provide compassionate support throughout each shift.
