Job summary

Greencroft Communities is seeking a Nurse Assistant for a Part-Time Evening Shift in an Assisted Living setting. You’ll assist residents with daily living activities and deliver compassionate, individualized care in a faith-based, nonprofit environment.

You’ll collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers, observe changes in residents, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring dignity and safety in the evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Genuine love and respect for older adults.
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful, positive attitude.
• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Support residents during their evening routines and activities.
