Job summary

Greencroft Communities' Walnut Hills in Ohio is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults. You will assist with daily living activities, build meaningful connections, and work closely with nurses to deliver quality care in a supportive team.

We welcome full-time or part-time CNAs; the role offers a day-shift schedule, meaningful work, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plan, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll play an important role in helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide compassionate, dignified, resident-centered care
• Get to know residents and build meaningful connections
• Work closely with nurses and teammates to provide excellent care
• Support residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Be someone residents and families can count on
