Job summary

HydroGraph is seeking a hands-on Advanced Manufacturing Technician to join its growing Advance Manufacturing team. You will support installation, qualification, and validation of new production equipment and processes, and help ensure mechanical systems are repaired, modified, and maintained to specification.

Work with Mechanical and Process Engineering, participate in trials, and assist in training production technicians.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in maintenance or similar hands-on technical role.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organized workstation.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, testing methods, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document repairs, modifications, and adjustments to production equipment and mechanical systems.
• Gather and document data and observations for developing or repairing mechanical systems.
• Participate in Installation, Operational, and Process Qualification activities and validation trials.
• Support Process Engineering by collecting data and providing hands-on insight during trials.
• Assist in training production technicians and operators for new product launches.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
• Communicate observations on equipment performance and reliability to engineering teams.
• Assist in operating equipment and data-collection instrumentation for processes.
