Kosmos, a fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm in New York City, seeks an experienced associate attorney to join our team. The role requires handling daily court calendars, managing litigation and arbitration files, and preparing motions, pleadings, and reports.

We value strong negotiation and communication skills and a solid understanding of no-fault law. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; entry-level candidates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of no-fault law expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily virtual court calendar in New York venues.
• Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
• Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions and memoranda of law.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Make court and arbitration appearances and provide file analysis.
