Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution in Lebanon, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep warehouse equipment running safely and efficiently. This entry-level position offers a training period on day shift before transitioning to a Sunday night to Thursday night schedule from 11pm to 7:30am, with pay of $18.00-$19.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months maintenance/industrial repair experience.
• Consistent work history.
• Able to work posted schedule and training period.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations; perform daily safety checks.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on equipment per processes and standards.
• Maintain, replace, build, adjust, and modify facilities, buildings, and grounds per schedule and emergencies.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep maintenance area clean; secure equipment and complete reports at shift end.
• Support warehouse operations with on-call rotation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
