Qualifications

• 0-3 years IT experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching and routing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to school sites to support network installations, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with school technology teams and end users to resolve networking issues.
• Assist with network infrastructure support including switches, routers and wireless access points.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs.
• Shadow senior network engineers and gradually take ownership of support activities.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with school staff and administrators.
• Document issues, updates and resolutions as needed.
