Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of state of the art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
• Expert level knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewall.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service & Infrastructure Operations support to customers.
• Coordinate resolution with the appropriate resolver groups.
• Conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership.
