Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. seeks an entry-level NDT Technician for Milwaukee, WI. You will assist in calibrations, NDT inspections, and evaluations to determine acceptance or rejection per written instructions and record results.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, aiding radiographers in calibration, and carrying out tests to detect defects using NDT methods, while meeting client requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Technical background desired
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug/alcohol screens as required by client
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG/ALCOHOL AND BACKGROUND SCREENS PER CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment
• Assist Radiographers in calibrating NDT equipment
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods
• Record results of inspections
• Assist performing NDT procedures and transporting equipment
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management
