A. Harold & Associates is seeking a Junior Program/Project/Management Analyst to join the NAV Patuxent River program support team.

The role involves applying structured analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and track deliverables, collaborating with senior analysts to organize data on schedules, budgets, and technical requirements for naval aviation programs. The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in program analysis, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning DoD

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
0–3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
Must possess or be able to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Gather, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and product programs to support baseline reporting.
Monitor daily program status, milestones, and schedules to identify timeline shifts.
Assist analyses of program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with objectives.
Perform basic analyses under guidance of senior team members to evaluate alternatives.
Prepare analytical findings in spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations for reviews.
