Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' psychosocial status and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan rehabilitation and treatment goals.
• Provide supportive counseling to patients and education regarding transplant options as needed.
