Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Technician I for Methods Qualification and Validation in Wayne, PA. Under supervision, you will perform daily molecular biology testing including DNA/RNA analysis, PCR, ELISA and sequencing, while maintaining cGMP documentation and safe work practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field with 0–1 year lab experience. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within a global CRO framework at an on-site facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field.
• 0–1 year of related lab experience.
• Knowledge of cGMPs or regulatory affairs preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily lab activities for molecular biology testing per SOPs.
• Prepare reagents and buffers according to standard test methods.
• Operate in aseptic conditions including biosafety cabinet.
• Maintain equipment and schedule repairs as required.
• Document data and report results per cGMP guidelines.
• Plan daily activities and maintain a safe work environment.
