Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a motivated TOC Junior Missile Defense Systems Engineer/Analyst to support MDS assessments at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role involves modeling, simulation, and analysis for future C2BMC software builds, working in a team-focused environment.

You will evaluate sensor data fusion methods, support multi-sensor tracking, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD clearance.
• Experience with computer programming and/or scripting.
• Data analysis experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform algorithm testing, data generation, modeling, simulation, and analysis in support of MDA initiatives
• Evaluate radar and electro-optical sensor data fusion methodologies
• Support multi-sensor tracking and target discrimination algorithm assessment
• Analyze system-level command and control algorithms and missile defense battle management techniques
• Provide technical support for independent assessments of future C2BMC software builds
• Present technical findings and analysis to diverse stakeholders
