Job summary

Nolato Vermont is hiring Manufacturing Operators to produce plastic parts for life-saving medical products. Training will be provided, and candidates should support a clean, climate-controlled production environment in Bethel or Royalton, VT.

On the job, you’ll operate manual and automatic machines, start up production, adjust and troubleshoot, and ensure quality. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing long periods, and being a reliable teammate on rotating day-night shifts.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in clean, climate-controlled production facilities.
• Able to operate manual and automatic machines to produce medical device parts.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be punctual, a helpful and respectful teammate.
• Must be able to report safety hazards and help solve production problems.

Responsibilities

• Run manual and automatic machines to produce plastic parts used in medical devices.
• Start up production, adjust and troubleshoot the machines, and package materials.
• Ensure all output meets strict quality standards.
• Report safety hazards and help solve production problems with teammates and Team Lead.
• Work 12-hour day and night shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).
