Job summary

Nolato Vermont is hiring Manufacturing Operators to produce plastic parts for life-saving medical products. Training will be provided, and candidates should support a clean, climate-controlled production environment in Bethel or Royalton, VT.

On the job, you’ll operate manual and automatic machines, start up production, adjust and troubleshoot, and ensure quality. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing long periods, and being a reliable teammate on rotating day-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run manual and automatic machines to produce plastic parts used in medical devices.
• Start up production, adjust and troubleshoot the machines, and package materials.
• Ensure all output meets strict quality standards.
• Report safety hazards and help solve production problems with teammates and Team Lead.
• Work 12-hour day and night shifts (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).

On your first day, you don't have to know anything about quality, injection molding, or medical devices - we'll teach you. But you must care about doing the little things right, showing up on time, and being a helpful and respectful teammate.

How you'll contribute to the team:

• You will work in our clean, climate-controlled production facilities in either Bethel or Royalton, VT.
• Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll run manual and automatic machines to produce plastic parts used in medical devices.
• From starting up production to adjusting and troubleshooting the machines, and packaging materials - that's you.
• During and after production, you'll be responsible for making sure everything you make meets our strict quality standards.
• You'll also be relied on to report any safety hazards and help solve production problems with your teammates and the Team Lead.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time

We operate on 12 hours day and night shifts -3 days one week/4 the following week. Our day shift hours are 6am-6pm and night shift hours are 6pm-6am
