Job summary

Nolato seeks skilled Process Technicians to oversee Production, Quality, and Safety on night shifts at our Vermont facilities.

You will drive molding process setup, diagnose issues, and ensure parts meet exacting standards while leading a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to climb to perform set-ups and maintenance and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to effectively lead a cross functional/departmental team.
• Ability to work a 12 hour night shift, 3 nights one week/4 the following week, 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, Quality, and Safety on shift.
• From machine setup to diagnosing and correcting problems with the molding process, drive medical device production.
• Work independently, make key decisions, and keep production running smoothly.
