Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking entry-level Manufacturing Technicians to join our production teams in Kentucky. The role focuses on manufacturing, assembly and packaging of medical device products, following GDP and GMP guidelines with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

You will read and follow SOPs, operate production equipment, maintain clean room environments when required, and contribute to safe, efficient daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry level—no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, packaging and labeling of medical devices.
• Maintain GMP and GDP compliance during production.
• Operate production equipment and perform daily cleaning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
