Responsibilities

• Follow applicable national and international regulations.
• Adhere to safety requirements.
• Perform duties including Cutting/Washing, Rodding/DeRodding, Sheath Tip Forming & Inspection.
• Perform Dilator Tip Forming, Silicon Application, Hand Assembly.
• Infllate/Deflate (leak testing), RF Welding (PVC welding).
• Tube or Valve Bonding (gluing), Curvature Insertion.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices.
• Participate in project performance team meetings for unit improvements.
• Follow Terumo Quality System requirements (controls, inspections, document/data control, change control).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
