Cretex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator Assembler I to support multiple production areas in a medical device manufacturing environment.

This entry-level role focuses on basic machine operation, assembly, inspection, documentation, and packaging of components to meet stringent quality standards. You will read work instructions, use basic measurement tools, participate in training, and collaborate with teams to maintain a clean, 5S-focused workspace and comply with ISO/cGMP

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools and documentation requirements.
• Clear communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Assemble, inspect, and package components per customer specifications.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace and follow ISO/cGMP requirements.
