Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking Manufacturing team members to support sewing, assembly, delivery and distribution of medical devices. You will read and follow detailed work instructions, adhere to quality guidelines, and contribute to patient-focused manufacturing.

Pay starts at $18.50/hour with a 10% shift premium for 2nd shift; schedules are 1st shift 5:00 AM–3:30 PM and 2nd shift 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with possible overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• english reading, comprehension and speaking required
• elementary-level understanding of numerical functions required
• HS diploma or equivalent required
• good communication skills preferred
• adhere to EH&S and quality guidelines for clean room medical device manufacturing
• able to follow detailed manufacturing instructions with minimal supervision
• team environment, collaborate with colleagues and supervisor
• flexibility to work overtime to ensure smooth manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices at multiple work stations following work orders and drawings
• Use tools and equipment to complete assembly with precision and timely execution
• Perform line clearance and cleaning at shift starts and transitions
• Ensure components and tools are ready for builds and data is entered into manufacturing systems
• Maintain traceability and follow SOPs throughout the shift
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to supervisor as needed
• Practice good housekeeping and contribute to a safe work environment
