Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Medical Device Assembler in Boulder, CO (Gunbarrel area) to join a cleanroom manufacturing team assembling precision surgical instruments and medical devices. You will follow detailed work instructions and quality standards on an assembly line, with opportunities to grow toward permanent hire.

Candidates should have strong hand-eye coordination, experience handling small parts and tools, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with small parts and precision tools.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain production quality.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and surgical instruments using small hand tools and fixtures.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks with high accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and directions.
• Inspect products throughout assembly to ensure quality.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Conduct basic quality checks on work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Collaborate on an assembly line and support production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per cleanroom requirements.
