Job summary

Aerotek in Irvine, CA is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join a leading medical device manufacturer. No prior medical device experience is required, and you will receive on-the-job training in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

You will assemble small devices, inspect quality, follow GMP and written instructions, use small tools and microscopes, and maintain a safe, organized work area while documenting production steps. OT is available on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work using your hands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other hands-on experience is a plus.
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical devices and components according to written instructions and procedures
• Perform repetitive hand-assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Use microscopes, magnifying lenses, and small hand tools when required
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
• Follow cleanroom procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Complete production documentation accurately
