Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering required at time of employment.
• Entry level position; any professional experience is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of AutoCAD, REVIT, CHVAC/RHVAC, Trane Trace and/or eQuest modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and develop construction documents.
• Communicate with engineers, project managers, and clients as needed.
• Conduct field observations to document existing conditions.
• Organize tasks to complete designs within schedules and budgets.
• Assist in cost estimates and coordination meetings.
• Review project submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
