RVA Edge in Richmond, VA is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Trainee to learn the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, and sales in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This full-time, on-site role offers paid training, mentorship, and clear paths for development as you build practical skills and contribute to client campaigns.

You will gain experience across marketing, communications, and business development while receiving ongoing coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

As we continue expanding in the Richmond market, we’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Trainee who is ready to learn, develop professionally, and gain practical experience in a team environment.
