Job summary

REN Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Fundraising Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and promotional events.

This role offers hands-on experience in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, communication, event coordination, and leadership. No prior fundraising experience is required, as training and support are provided to help you develop the necessary skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or coursework is a plus, but not required.
• Previous fundraising, nonprofit, sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is helpful but not required.
• Leadership experience is a plus, from school organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, or other teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns and community outreach events.
• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at fundraising events and community activities.
• Engage with the public and communicate information about fundraising campaigns and charitable initiatives.
• Build relationships with supporters, donors, community members, and event attendees.
• Help coordinate event schedules, promotional materials, supplies, and logistics.
• Assist with setting up and managing fundraising events.
• Educate community members about campaign goals and ways to support participating organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, donations, interactions, and event results.
• Work closely with team members and management to meet campaign objectives.
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
• Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and professional team environment.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience.
