As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team. What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach campaigns
• Engage with members of the public and build positive relationships
• Communicate campaign messages and introduce charitable initiatives
• Help interested individuals become donors and supporters
• Work with teammates to achieve campaign goals and weekly performance targets
• Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and group evaluations
• Apply feedback to improve campaign results and supporter engagement

• $600-$800 weekly base pay
• Additional commissions of 50$-100$ per qualifying sale
• Expected starting earnings of 800-1,200 $ per week, including performance-based commissions
