Job summary

Legendary Impact Inc. is hiring motivated, entry-level Marketing Associates to join our onsite team in Beltsville, MD. You will engage customers, convey brand messaging, and support campaigns while developing sales and communication skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

This full-time, fully onsite role offers paid training, one-on-one mentorship, performance-based bonuses, and a path to leadership as you grow with the company. Travel for select events is available.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands within major retail locations to help increase brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Engage directly with customers to communicate brand messaging, product information, and promotional campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, lead generation, and other promotional initiatives
• Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, communication, and customer relations
• Participate in team meetings, professional training, and leadership development
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve team and client goals
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop and advance
