Key Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and promotions
• Work closely with team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops
• Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and team performance
• Assist in mentoring and supporting newer team members as leadership skills develop
• Take ownership of projects and responsibilities designed to strengthen management abilities

Qualifications
