Job summary

Adecco is seeking motivated individuals to join a leading manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, IN, as Manufacturing Test Operators. This entry-level role contributes to product quality and production efficiency in a high-tech environment, where you will perform testing and quality inspections, prepare and stage products, and accurately enter data into relevant systems.

You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean, safe workspace with a Monday–Friday schedule, earning up to $16.36 per hour

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level position welcoming eager learners.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Consistently meet daily production goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and quality inspections on units and components to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare and stage products for manufacturing processes.
• Accurately input and manage data within company systems.
• Handle equipment and parts with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Support team efforts with additional tasks as needed in a dynamic environment.
