Job summary

Propelis is hiring for an entry-level manufacturing role with fully paid, on-the-job training. The position offers a climate-controlled environment, team-oriented culture, and opportunities for growth within the first year based on performance.

Starting pay is $21-$23 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential, with increases after competency assessments and after the first six months. We provide two performance/wage reviews in year one and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to take direction and feedback.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Flexible to work overtime.
• Able to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 30 lbs., infrequent pushing/pulling of cart, positioning material with carts/overhead cranes, standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift.
