Propelis is hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainees in Waukesha, WI. This is an entry-level role with no prior manufacturing experience required. We provide 100% paid, on-the-job training in a climate-controlled facility.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour ($23 base + $1 shift differential) with a 6-month raise after a competency assessment. Benefits include holidays, PTO, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
