Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a maintenance mechanic for the Marshall, Missouri facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test plant and production equipment, performing electrical, pneumatic work, welding, and fabrication as needed to keep machines running.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and may work seven days a week with extended shifts. A high school diploma, vocational training, and 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience are required, with hands-on skills in welding,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Vocational training in machine maintenance preferred.
2 years progressive mechanic experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair and test plant & production equipment.
Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.
Inspect machines to locate problems and replace defective parts.
Use manuals and diagrams to troubleshoot equipment.
Perform electrical and pneumatic work on production machines.
Welding, welding and fabrication experience required.
You may work seven days a week and extended shift schedules.
