Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a General Laborer for a Chattanooga, TN manufacturing client. You'll join the operations team supporting production tasks, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and collaborating with coworkers to hit daily goals.

No prior experience required. Shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. Background check required. The role offers hands-on learning and potential career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must pass a background check prior to start date.
• No theft charges and no drug charges within the past year (consideration for older charges may be given).
