Qualifications

• Safety first mindset; general electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.
• Good written and oral communications in English; able to troubleshoot and solve manufacturing line problems.
• Develop and update internal documentation including procedures and specifications.
• Interface with internal and supplier reps to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and qualification of systems and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Identify and implement system improvements to improve throughput, yield and product performance.
• Develop methods to assign causes to yield excursions and analyze data.
• Provide training to production associates.
• Maintain process control plan and respond to SPC alarms.
• Distribute and update internal documentation and drawings.
