Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Camden, AR, is seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing Engineering to support our Camden team. You will develop, implement and analyze manufacturing engineering plans and tools, and coordinate with engineering projects to release new products.

Required: a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience (or graduate degree with 2+ years; 8+ years if no degree). Preferred RCCA, PFMEA, and APQP experience. 4/10 schedule available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years, or 8 years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with manufacturing engineering plans and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
• Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
• Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.
• Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
• Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
