Job summary

IntePros is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Mahwah, NJ to hire an Associate Engineer for the Manufacturing Engineering team. This 12-month onsite contract offers hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, NPI, and introductions of new equipment.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level engineer with a Bachelor's in engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work with cross-functional teams to learn

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Entry-level/early-career candidates welcome.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing processes, projects and engineering initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Support NPI and new equipment/process introductions.
Contribute to a 2D barcode implementation project.
Work with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Learn and apply manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
