100Hires, Inc. seeks an Electrical Worker to join our Conyers, GA manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot line machinery at fixed stations, and assist with installing components as products move along the line.

You will move, pack, and sort materials, monitor quality, and keep daily production records to support performance analysis. This entry-level role offers growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing line machinery at fixed workstation positions.
• Operate machinery to install a piece/part/component as it moves along the line.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor product quality and discard or rework faulty items.
• Maintain daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
