100Hires, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician in Hiram, OH to troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will work independently and with the maintenance team on more complex repairs, ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, supporting PLC-controlled systems, and maintaining thorough maintenance records in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

Three or more years of industrial maintenance experience.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting; PLC programming a plus.
Welding experience is a plus.
Strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment and use PLC diagnostics to identify faults.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep maintenance records.
Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.
