Job summary
100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician in Gainesville, GA to maintain and optimize production equipment on a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3) in an in-person manufacturing environment.
You’ll diagnose hydraulics and pneumatics, read schematics, and drive equipment reliability with proactive maintenance. You should be a multi-craft troubleshooter with prior manufacturing experience, comfortable with conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, and automated systems, and
Qualifications
- Multi-craft maintenance professionals preferred.
- Prior manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience required.
- Hands-on experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, or automated systems.
- Independent problem-solvers with strong troubleshooting mindset.
Responsibilities
- Pinpoint and resolve issues in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Leverage multimeters and diagnostic instruments to isolate faults
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
- Protect uptime by responding rapidly and effectively to equipment problems
- Partner with operations and maintenance teammates to elevate equipment reliability
