Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement to support manufacturing operations and drive process optimization.

This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply Lean tools, analyze data, and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. You will partner with production teams and operations leadership to implement 5S, standard work, Kaizen events, and visual management while building a foundation in continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with Lean tools, data analysis, and problem-solving approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, material flow, labor utilization, capacity, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities, including 5S, visual management, standard work, and Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance, process consistency, and documentation.
• Support performance dashboards, change management initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Assist with facility layout optimization and material flow improvements to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
