D-tect, a VPI Technology Group subsidiary, is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate for our Draper, Utah location. This full-time role operates on a 9/80 schedule (M–Th 7:30–5, every other Friday 7:30–4) with a wage of $17.75 per hour and benefits. Prior manufacturing assembly experience is preferred; soldering experience is a plus.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen for government contracting and should demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in manufacturing environment.
• Basic assembly experience preferred.
• Soldering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities following procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with job travelers and special requirements.
• Identify and handle defective items per procedures.
• Document paperwork for accountability.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
