Job summary

Hennig is seeking an electrical technician to assemble, repair, and rework mechanical assemblies with precision on a fast-paced manufacturing floor. You will operate power tools and measuring devices, read blueprints, and follow diagrams and written instructions to ensure quality deliverables.

The role requires the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment per inspection guidelines and to support all areas of the production line to meet on-time delivery targets.

Description

• Assemble, repair and rework assemblies efficiently with while producing an output that is thorough and exact
• Operate power/hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments in the assembly. This may include: Installing conduit, wire switches and receptacles, wiring AC/DC, labeling and terminating wires, 480- and 240-volt wiring.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measure and other written instructions or procedures.
• Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection procedure guidelines
• Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery
• Support all areas of the production area as required

Requirements

• Requires lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
• At least 1 years experience as an electrical technician
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
