Job summary

Royal Technologies Corp. is seeking an Assembler for our Hudsonville, MI facility. You will assemble components and sub-assemblies, reading detailed work instructions and using hand tools and machines to complete finished products.

The role reports to the team supervisor and starts on the 3rd shift (12am-8am). Starting wage is $20.00/hour with quarterly bonuses, and employees enjoy weekly pay, ESOP ownership opportunities, comprehensive medical insurance, and an on-site wellness facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produces finished components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.
• Reading and comprehending work instructions.
• Uses hand tools and machines to assemble.
• Completes quality control checks.
• Labeling boxes.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area following 5S requirements.

Your future starts here! An Assembler at Royal is someone who enjoys working with their hands! In this role, you'll put together components or parts, creating a finished product! Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks
• Minimal bending and stooping
• Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task (dexterity)

Starting Wage: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonuses
