Job summary

The Catalyst Corporation is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals for an Entry Level Manager Trainee role in Arlington Heights, IL. You will learn customer engagement, sales, and daily operations through hands-on training and mentorship, with potential to grow into leadership and management roles based on performance.

Starting with fundamentals of customer engagement, product knowledge, and operation basics, you will be mentored by experienced leaders and prepared for future management
